At Milk & Blush, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair extensions, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, please ensure the security seal remains intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check the Security Seal

  Before opening your full set, use the tester transparent window to check the shade; returns are only accepted if the main compartment remains sealed for hygiene purposes.

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select your return reason and choose between a refund or a store credit exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the extensions back into their original box and secure them in a mailing bag to prevent damage during transit, ensuring you include your return authorization slip.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at your local courier point using the provided prepaid label or your preferred tracked service, then wait 5-7 business days for processing.
